3. Services Provided

MensWebDesign offers the following professional services:

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately in a written project proposal or service agreement before work begins.

4. Project Terms & Client Responsibilities

4.1 Project Agreement

All projects begin with a written proposal or agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Work will not commence until the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand assets) by the agreed deadline
• Respond to questions, review requests, and revision feedback within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days)
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Designate a single point of contact for all project communications

Delays caused by late content delivery or slow client response may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of MensWebDesign.

4.3 Revisions

The number of revisions included in each project is specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at an additional hourly or flat rate, which will be communicated to the client before work proceeds.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in the project proposal.

5.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final website files are delivered or the site is launched on the client’s server.

5.3 Late Payments

Invoices unpaid after the agreed due date may result in work being paused until payment is received. MensWebDesign reserves the right to charge a late payment fee on overdue invoices.

5.4 Refund Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed to the date of cancellation
• If MensWebDesign is unable to deliver the agreed project, a proportionate refund will be issued

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client owns all custom design work and code created specifically for their project, including website files, custom graphics, and written content provided by MensWebDesign.

6.2 Third-Party Assets

Websites may incorporate third-party assets including WordPress themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, and JavaScript libraries. These are subject to their own respective licences and are not owned by the client or MensWebDesign. The client is responsible for maintaining any required licences after project handover.

6.3 Portfolio Rights

MensWebDesign reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and use project screenshots in marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.

6.4 Website Content

The client is solely responsible for all content published on their website, including text, images, videos, and any other material. The client warrants that all content provided is legally owned or licensed and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Website Use

7.1 Permitted Use

You may use menswebdesign.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without written permission
• Use this website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MensWebDesign and Eran Nadeera shall not be liable for:

• Any issues arising after project handover that result from client modifications to the delivered website

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
